First, really great videos , thank you for sharing, I’ve got some feedback for you.
As this is a course, not just a video tutorial site it would be good if you set students tasks.
I don’t think they need to be as complex as your demonstrations, but some object that you would still use the same principles of modelling that you have demonstrated. Or you could make a list and say try modelling one of these objects. Then post our models on the forum and get student feedback.
